Explanation: Its simple! You may apply to get a personallized referal link, in which you may use to link to #Animevortex online with our banner. You simply use the below form to apply, and if approved, you will receive a referal link by email along with the banenr and information on how to place it on your site.

How the system works: Basically it counts the number of people who click through from your site. It counts by "IP" and watches for abuse. The person/webmaster with the highest click through stats each month, will automatically gain 10 enteries into the contest for that month. The winner will be notified via email.

Vortex Productions/Poc Hosting has the right to change, modify, or cancel terms of agreement, or accounts at will. The system keeps track of your day to day click throughs and compares them to the stats of others. However, if the system is abused, it will delete all counts from that IP. One IP will only count "once" a day. It will not increase your stats more than that from the same IP. If it detects abuse from the same IP clicking through once a day over and over in attempt to cheat an raise the count, it will delete ALL counts from that IP, and the user will be reported to the webmaster for possible deletion of account. This system was mad as a chance to increase commotion in vortex events, so don't be stupid!
