Hey All! I’m actually looking to beta test a few hidden features I built in more than anything but I needed an excuse to post about something so here it is.
Forums: We need more registered users in the forums.
Gallery: We need more fan art so if you have any, feel free to visit the fanart section in the main left menu of animevortex.net
Random: It’s crazy that the forums have gone *blah* but traffic on the site has picked up by 20% over the last month. So that 20% needs to go register and have fun!
Test test test. Random YouTube:
Ok, I think that’s enough for a test. I promise next time I’ll have a real post to shareTweet
A new video has been released by the Las Vegas Mobsquad. Another odd one as this one is for the kids vs the normal mature audience they aim for. “I’m a Cow in Space” is a sequel to the original they made back in April “I’m a Cow Song” which turned into a miniature hit. After one of the LVMobsquad members witnessed his younger siblings singing along to the original as they had all the words memorized, he couldn’t hold back from melting and wanting to create a sequel, and this was the result.
I’m a Cow in Space:
Also, check out the original video below, also obviously available on itunes and everything (it mentions it in the description on youtube).
I’m a Cow Song:
The Las Vegas Mobsquad has released their latest track (Emo Stew) to YouTube as music (no video yet). It is a parody of Green Day’s Brain Stew song, about the emo community poking fun at it and they have explained that there will be a video later in the year. So far it has been turning heads outside of YouTube.

The Las Vegas Mobsquad has finally released their latest official video. It’s a music video this time! Joy!!
This is a parody music video based on the song Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People ( from this cd: http://amzn.to/upVbnG ). This parody is written, recorded, produced, directed, acted (etc) by the LV Mobsquad. It is directed towards “those punk kids” (basically it addresses the bully issue plaguing schools these days).
What’s cool is that parts of this music video were shot using a Windows Phone 7 (Mango) device. The rest with a Professional HD 1080P AVCHD Camera with professional lens, mics and accessories. They are asking if viewers can guess which scenes where shot with the WP7 phone/device? (comment on the youtube page, here, wherever).
LV Mobsquad is mainly focused on bringing the viewers comedy in their productions. This is why some shots are tongue and cheek goofy or odd. Beyond that it got a little serious, so this will be their first semi-serious production……while still keeping the “strange”.
Comments? Suggestions? Mind Blowing Hateful Complaints? Feel free to share. We love to read them and respond where needed.
If you can, try to share it with your friends. They are looking to spread their name around a little more to help justify some really big upcoming productions
Everyone remembers the lighting guy who dressed his house with the xmas lights and programmed them to a song by the Transiberian Orchestra.
Well he’s back again, only this time it’s for Halloween and he’s got a whole set of songs programmed to his setup.
You can see more of his work on his youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/KJ92508#p/u/0/WAXMtUCcp7o
The LV Mobsquad has been working on a new video that will be coming soon to YouTube. Keep an eyeball or two on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/jh20001) and prepare for what’s to come! A music video of might and magic….”might and magic” meaning that it should look and sound pretty cool….for a bunch of dingle berries with a few pieces of fancy gear
