Clone Detector/Notice

THe main purpose of this option is to notice the ops of a channel when a clone anters the channel. Due to the fact that a lot of channels dont like mass noticing to the ops due to botnets and such, this option, by default, is set to off. If your channel will allow this feature and you would like to turn it on, go to General Setup window (under the main menu an "Main Settings").
