Anime Expo 2002, in Long Beach
California, was filled with an amazing
croud of people and from what others
say is the largest Anime Expo ever, and
about twice as large as last years. Thousands of people came from around the country, and in some cases, around the world; just to see this event take place. Long lines wrapped all over the convention center and Hyatt Resort as people waited in lines for what somtimes was hours, to see events such as the opening ceremony, exhibit hall, masquerade, AMV contest, and video rooms. Allthough the exhibits were filled with over-priced items, the selection was enormous, people were friendly and there were enough events taking place each day to keep people pretty much busy.
