hope comes to a land controlled by tyrants when twin children are born on a fated day, one is to become the people's saviour. the art is okay, i guess... and the storyline starts off slow but gets exciting around the last few episodes.. however, the anime just cuts off right in the middle of the plot, so you'll have to read the manga to get your fix.
