Here is a collection is of wallpaper images for Windows Phone 8 devices. Normally for use on the lock screen, they can also be used else wheres if you have a developer unlocked phone. There are multiple ways to set an image as your wallpaper:

1. You can view this page on your phone, choose the image you like, hold to select it and chose to save it to your phone. You will then find it in your pictures hub.
2. You can view this page on your PC/Mac, save the image(s) you want and then send what you have to your phone via zune sync or by email.
